Climate Catalytic Fund

Fast, match-funded grants that turn climate-displacement risk insight into locally-led adaptation, where it's needed most.

What is the Climate Catalytic Fund (CCF)?

CCF mobilises fast, match-funded (including blended finance) grants that turn risk and displacement evidence, including the Risk Index for Climate Displacement (RICD) where available, into concrete, on-the-ground, locally-led adaptation. As part of CMIL, it sits alongside RICD and other evidence, ensuring evidence, finance, and experimentation feed each other.

CCF fills a persistent access-to-finance gap, channelling rapid, flexible finance to projects in the highest-risk hotspots, where climate finance rarely reaches.
