Turning Bottles into Opportunities: Eco-Empowerment through Plastic Recycling Livelihoods for Persons with Disability and Parents in Zambales.

Philippines · Asia Pacific · Province of Zambales, Philippines. Municipalities of Sta. Cruz to Olongapo City.
About this project

This project addresses the growing threats of plastic pollution, flooding, and climate-induced livelihood loss. Poor waste management practices exacerbate drainage blockage and flood risks during heavy rains, while livelihood disruption increases economic insecurity among parents with disabilities.
